Domestic violence. The murders of children, whether by their parents, caretakers or strangers...deserve the death penalty.

More than ever now, various forms of technology, establishes guilt.

We aren't talking criminal genius here. And innocent until proven guilty, is academic if guilt is established relatively quickly, if not instantly.

Creating long appeals processes, DESPITE the establishment of guilt and sentencing to death. Or even life imprisonment...isn't as necessary to allow time for difficulty in obtaining evidence, witnesses...etc as it used to be.

A case such as this, requires the state to think of a victim like Rebecca Hoover.

Receiving the death penalty isn't revenge.

It's compensation.

Take a life in this way, it's only right the killer's life is forfeit.
